Margie Cromwell’s passion for real estate investing started with her first rehab of a century home back in the late 1970’s. Margie has a depth of experience having been a founding principal of her high-volume residential real estate appraisal company. While these ventures proved both rewarding and lucrative, Margie’s passion and spirit remains in the real estate investing business.

Margie embraced this passion in 1998 as a student of our organization. Being a quick study she found success utilizing a number of techniques, especially wholesaling properties. In 1999 she was honored with an invitation to join a team of individuals specializing in the one-on-one training of new investors. As their first woman mentor, Margie paved the way for many other women to follow in her shoes, both in investing and training. As a national award-winning investor and trainer, Margie takes great pride in the success of her students, but none more than her daughter, Alecia. Margie’s spirit and instruction instilled in Alecia the desire to build a business and give to others, a trait many parents only wish for.

As for a testament to her ongoing thirst for knowledge, Margie found a niche in probate courts that would lead to a wealth of opportunity and inspire her to develop a curriculum to share this untapped resource. Margie’s accomplishments are many and she did it all as a woman alone in this business.
