As President of his company, Michael brings 7 years of full time real estate investment experience to the
table as well as 15 years of building and operating a construction company which his business partner still
operates today.

Michael and his wife June were speakers in a leadership development company in 2004 through 2006 and
they used Robert and Kim Kiyosaki’s books to explain economics to their students which lead them to inquire
into RichDad’s real estate education when they were searching for information on real estate investing. They
became Elite students in August of 2008 and purchased their first commercial property in October of 2008 and
then they were off to the races purchasing an average of 1.5 commercial and mobile home properties per year
over the last 7 years. Today they own and operate over 250 units and are still growing.

Michael’s experience relates to mobile home parks, multi-unit apartments, creative finance, rehab,
owner finance, and property management. Michael gets the most excited when he is able to help others
see where they are at, gain hope and a plan for today, and execute that plan to build a better tomorrow for
themselves and the coming generations.
