Tres is a native of Texas and has been a mentor for our organization since 2004. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in electrical engineering. Tres was a C-130 Pilot for the Air Force for 14 years, including the first Gulf War. Tres has been a full-time real estate investor since 2003 and currently lives in San Marcos in the heart of Central Texas.

Tres has firsthand experience in many types of real estate investing, such as single-family homes, lease options, wholesale, rehab, and foreclosure. Being a Texas native has given Tres the knowledge and know-how to understand unique investing strategies and investor challenges found in Texas.

Tres is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and has a real estate investing business in the North and Central Texas area markets. His specialties include the areas of lease options, wholesale, foreclosure, short sales, rehab projects, tax deeds, owner finance, creative finance, land trust strategies, asset protection techniques, tax planning strategies, and marketing systems and strategies.
